The TopCome terms of service govern the relationship between the user and TopCome Gaming Pvt. Ltd. The terms cover 11 areas: account eligibility, account security, KYC verification, deposit and withdrawal, contest rules, prize payout, bonus terms, prohibited conduct, intellectual property, liability, and dispute resolution. Account eligibility requires the user to be 18 years of age or older, physically located in one of the 28 Indian states where fantasy cricket is legal, and not a resident of Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Assam, Odisha, or Sikkim. TopCome verifies eligibility via Aadhaar-based eKYC and IP-based location checks at sign-up and on every login.

Account security is the user's responsibility. The user must not share the OTP, must not allow another person to use the account, and must notify TopCome immediately if the account is compromised. TopCome is not liable for losses arising from the user's failure to keep the account secure.

Prohibited conduct includes operating multiple accounts, colluding with other users, using automated tools (bots, scripts, or fake accounts), and exploiting bugs in the platform. TopCome investigates all reports of prohibited conduct and may suspend or terminate accounts found to be in violation.

Dispute resolution follows a 3-step process: customer care ticket, specialist team escalation, and independent dispute resolution body. The full terms of the dispute resolution process are described in section 11 of the terms of service.

Service scope, user obligations, and liability limits

Service scope

TopCome Sports operates a fantasy cricket platform where users build virtual teams of real players, compete in contests, and win cash prizes based on the on-field performance of their selected players. The service is available to users aged 18 or older and physically located in one of the 28 Indian states where fantasy cricket is legal.

User obligations

Users agree to provide accurate KYC information, maintain the security of their account credentials, and not operate more than one account per person. Users must complete the Aadhaar-based KYC before withdrawing any cash prize above ₹10,000. Bonus credit is subject to the wagering requirement stated at the time of issue.

Liability limits

TopCome Sports' aggregate liability for any claim arising from use of the service is limited to the value of the entry fees paid by the user in the 12 months preceding the claim. TopCome does not guarantee uninterrupted service, accurate live scores, or the outcome of any specific contest. The service is provided on an as-is basis.

Dispute resolution

Disputes are first raised with the TopCome customer care team at [email protected]. Unresolved disputes are escalated to the independent dispute resolution body appointed under the Public Gambling Act 1867 framework. Arbitration, if required, is conducted in Bengaluru under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996.

Practical questions about the TopCome terms

What happens if a match is abandoned?

If a match is abandoned without a result, all contests for that match are voided and entry fees are refunded to the user's TopCome wallet within 24 hours. Live score adjustments after abandonment do not affect settled contests. If a match is shortened by the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method, contests are settled on the official DLS par score at the interruption point.

Can TopCome suspend an account?

TopCome may suspend an account if KYC documents cannot be verified, if multiple accounts are detected for the same user, if the user is found to be under 18, or if there is reasonable evidence of collusion or match-fixing involvement. Suspended accounts have the right to appeal the decision within 30 days via [email protected].

How are bonus credits different from cash?

Cash deposits are withdrawable at any time subject to KYC. Bonus credits are withdrawable only after the stated wagering requirement is met (typically 1x the bonus amount in contest entry fees). Bonus credits do not contribute to the entry fees of a winner league, and they expire 90 days after issue if unused.

Disputes that cannot be resolved through customer care are escalated to TopCome's arbitration team and, if necessary, to the appropriate Indian consumer court.
